About Us
Computer Partners was founded by Bob Wakfer
in 1987. The company has enjoyed steady growth and development by offering
single source solutions for its customer's computer and systems requirements.
Bob Wakfer,
President
Bob has been in the Computer business since 1983. Before
that he had extensive experience in a variety of senior management positions. He
has an MBA degree from York University and is a Certified Management Consultant.
Before returning to private industry he had 10 years experience with two of
Canada's largest Consulting firms. Bob's primary responsibility is in the sales
and marketing area, however he is also expert on Hardware and Operating Systems.
He frequently provides support and training in these areas. He also provides
system and software design consulting.
Sorin Chiorean,
Network Specialist
Sorin brings fifteen years technical expertise to Computer
Partners. He has an MS in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca,
Romania. Also, he possesses CCNA and MCP (Windows 2000 Server)
certifications. Sorin has an detailed and in-depth knowledge of intranets, extranets,
and the internet. Sorin's has a vast background in the UNIX/Linux
operating system, and has developed and administered to a wide range of internet
and intranet security set-ups. Sorin's expertise in specialized, complex
network set-ups has enabled us to support the most sophisticated of our client's
needs.
